Aha, I had to smile at this one. We have a saying here “looks like somebody’s Schirm is closed!” and it means that somebody is either mad or dumb. Btw, (Regen) Schirm means an umbrella in German. Wonder how this proverb goes in German….I bet he’s making a pun out of it.
